| New Picture Gallery Online! Keating Enterprises, Inc. was founded when brothers Bill & Dick Keating moved to Fayetteville in 1977. Since that time they have been active in both commercial and residential building. Some of their projects include Thomas Subdivision, a 12 lot subdivision on Township Avenue bordering Gulley Park, and Crossover Heights Subdivision, a three phase project on the southeast corner of highways 45 and 265. The Keatings built the majority of the buildings in Colt Square and on Sunbridge St. in Fayetteville. They have done commercial developments in Lowell and Bentonville as well. Their most recent residential project is The Vineyards Subdivision, an upscale gated Subdivision in Goshen. |
