Some of their projects include Thomas Subdivision and Keating Estates on Township Avenue bordering Gulley Park; Crossover Heights Subdivision, an 88 lot Subdivision on the Southeast corner of highways 45 and 265, and the Vineyards Subdivision; a 22 lot gated community in Goshen, AR.

The Keatings are currently working on a 110,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse complex in Bentonville.

One of the buildings will be 50,000 sq. ft. with 18ft walls. it is built with Walmart vendors in mind for a combination of office, warehouse and showroom use. The other buildings (6) will be for office use. The warehouse and two 10,000 sq ft. offfice buildings will be built and ready for occupancy in the October - November time frame.

The Landlord takes care of all common areas, the exteriors of the buildings, and landscaping. The buildings will be separately metered for water, gas and electricity. We build "turn key" and offer architectural service for the custom design of the interior build-out.

The Keatings built the majority of the buildings in Colt Square and on Sunbridge Street in Fayetteville. They have commercial developments in Lowell and Bentonville.

They have also built Medical facilities including the Oncology and Pediatric Clinics in Colt Square, the Heart and Vascular Clinic, the Northwest Arkansas Arthritis Clinic, the Northside Specialty Clinic (Randal Hightower MD) and the Steven Spencer, MD, PC, Family Practice Clinic, and the Out Patient Clinic for the Veteran's Administration and Dental Facilities on Sunbridge St.
